Randy Wilson has been a lifetime Joplin-Webb City resident. He is a graduate of Joplin High School, Ozark Christian College of Joplin, and the Dallas Institute of Mortuary Science in Dallas, Texas. He has spent over 50 years in Funeral Service, mainly with Mason-Woodard Mortuary in Joplin, and Hedge-Lewis Funeral Home in Webb City. He is now semi-retired.

Randy and his wife Carrie are members of Hope City Church of Joplin and are involved in leading Life Groups and serving. He is Past President of the Webb City Chamber of Commerce, and for years was active on the Education Committee, that selected the Cardinal Teacher Awards. He was also Past President of the Webb City-Carl Junction Rotary Club, and Past President of the Ozark Christian College Alumni Association. He is a Past Board Member of the Cerebral Palsy of Tri County Missouri, and Solace House of the Ozarks in Joplin. In 2015 the Webb City R-7 School Foundation honored him with the Webb City Distinguished Citizen Award.

My wife, Karensue, retired from Joplin Schools after 26 years as a school counselor; she also served as a Coach for Cross-Country, Archery, and Quiz Bowl. She currently works for the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. She also is the pastor at our church. Karensue keeps busy running our home, being involved in our activities, and helps to take care of our pets. In her spare time, she enjoys participating in 5Ks, helping with FFA, the organization Constituting America, and traveling.  

Wyatt Hensley is the youngest son of Brent and Karensue Hensley. He was born and raised in Joplin, Missouri, and completed his education through the Joplin Public Schools, graduating as Salutatorian of the Class of 2023. During his studies, he participated in organizations such as FFA, Student Council, FBLA, DECA, and the Constitution Team. In May 2023, he also earned his associate degree from Crowder College.

Following graduation, Wyatt attended Pittsburg State University, where he joined the Honor's College and served as Sophomore Class Representative during his second year. He graduated in December 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in history education and a minor in Political Science. Mr. Hensley will now begin his career teaching history at Vinita High School in Vinita, Oklahoma.

In addition to his academic accomplishments, Wyatt was actively involved in Boy Scouts, achieving the rank of Eagle Scout at age 14. He also worked at Harps Food Store for over four years, ultimately being promoted to the management team.

Jonah Hensley is happily married to his wife, Kaitlin Hensley. He graduated from Pittsburg State University in May 2025 with bachelor’s degrees in Criminal Justice and Political Science, along with minors in Military Science and Biology. Jonah commissioned into the United States Army Reserves in May 2025 and is currently in the process of transferring to the Missouri National Guard, where he will serve as an Intelligence Officer.

Professionally, Jonah serves as a Sergeant with the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office, where he has been employed since May 2022. His background in law enforcement, military leadership, and public service provides him with a strong understanding of community needs, public safety, and strategic communication.

An Eagle Scout and recipient of the American FFA Degree, Jonah has a lifelong record of leadership, service, and commitment to excellence. His dedication to his family, career, and country is demonstrated daily through his work serving and protecting his community. Jonah brings valuable insight, discipline, and a modern perspective to social media engagement and campaign strategy, and he is well-equipped to support the campaign’s outreach and communication efforts.

Noah and Caroline Hensley have built a life centered on faith, family, and their deep roots in Joplin. Married for 15 years, Noah (32) and Caroline (30) have spent most of their lives in the community they now proudly call home, where they are raising their three daughters: Emmanuelle (13), Beatrice (11), and Minerva (9). All three girls attend Joplin schools and stay actively involved in school and community life.

Noah has worked in manufacturing at Amcor in Joplin for the past five years. Known for his strong work ethic and steady dedication, he takes pride in providing for his family and contributing to the local workforce.

Caroline pursued her passion for healthcare at Crowder College, where she earned her nursing degree in 2023. Since 2023, she has served in critical care at Freeman Health System, offering compassionate and skilled care to patients during some of their most vulnerable moments.

Together, Noah and Caroline are devoted parents who prioritize family time, education, and community involvement. Their story is one of commitment—to each other, to their daughters, and to the place that has shaped their lives.

Brian, married with a 6-year-old daughter, recently moved from Dallas, Texas after a promotion. He played college baseball at Nebraska-Kearney, earning All-American honors and academic recognition. Brian studied history and social science and was a junior college academic All- American. He was also elected to both the Big 12 and RMAC All-Academic teams.

Brian spent summers with the Joplin Outlaws, helping with tornado recovery in 2011, and became close with the Hensley family. After three years of professional baseball, he settled in The Colony, Texas before relocating to Bentonville, AR.
